As a Front Desk Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will welcome employees, drivers, and visitors, manage sign-ins and badge access, and help monitor entry points, cameras, and alarm activity. You will document security-related incidents, answer questions with a customer-first mindset, and communicate clearly with onsite teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification, issuing temporary access credentials when authorized, and maintaining sign-in logs and related documentation.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or other security-related systems from the front desk and report irregular activity, hazards, and/or policy violations according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with site contacts, dispatching resources as directed, and contacting public emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete required reports such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and visitor or delivery documentation, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
