As a Front Desk Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will greet visitors and drivers, manage access control, monitor alarms and cameras, and complete security-related reports using a computer and/or tablet. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific security-related procedures and front desk protocols.
Control access at the lobby or reception area by verifying identification, managing visitor registration, issuing temporary badges, and coordinating access with site contacts.
Support dock and delivery operations from the front desk by directing drivers to the proper check-in process, documenting arrivals and departures, and relaying information to warehouse teams.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
Complete shift logs and incident reports, monitor security-related systems such as CCTV and alarm panels when assigned, and communicate timely updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
Be 21+ years of age.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
