As an Allied Universal Security Officer supporting an industrial manufacturing location, you will manage access control at key entry points, verify credentials, greet employees and visitors, and help maintain accurate logs and reports. You will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Control access at gates and entry points by checking identification, verifying visitor authorizations, issuing badges, and directing employees, contractors, and deliveries to the proper location.
• Monitor and document incoming and outgoing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, including maintaining logs, verifying shipping and receiving paperwork, and reporting irregularities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts and completing clear incident reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, loading docks, and perimeter lines, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being able to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
