Security Officer (Residencial property)

We are seeking a professional Security Officer to join our team at a residential property in Dubai. This position is for sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Assist residents and guests with general information and directions.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
• Write detailed reports on daily activities and incidents for management review.
• Coordinate with emergency services when required.
• Ensure all security and safety procedures are followed in accordance with property standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador of the residence.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Officer in a hotel or residential environment.
• Valid SIRA License (Dubai Security Industry Regulatory Agency) is mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
