Position Summary: The Security Project Administrator provides high-level administrative and project management support to the Senior Leadership Team as assigned. As a highly organized coordinator of people, processes, and priorities, the Security Project Administrator serves as a key support to the Senior Leadership Team of Inmar, enabling the achievement of organizational objectives and key results. In addition to core administrative responsibilities, the Security Project Administrator plays a primary role in facilitating the general management of the group by coordinating time, resources, and communication (internal and external) dedicated to strategic priorities. This role also manages cross-functional projects, develops and maintains project plans, tracks milestones, and ensures alignment and accountability among key stakeholders across the organization.
Primary Accountabilities:
Project Management:60%
Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely completion of deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Anticipate and mitigate risks by proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions.
Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring clear accountability and follow-through on commitments.
Utilize project management tools to support planning, execution, and reporting.
Administrative: 40%
Perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature in support of the Senior Leadership Team.
Maintain and prioritize daily schedules and workload.
Work independently, receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, processing invoices and reports, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
Responsible for maintaining records and performing additional duties as assigned by executives.
Required Qualifications:
4-6+ years of experience working as an Security Project Administrator or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the job responsibilities required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) prefer
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification preferred.
