Summary of Position

We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to oversee the security operations of an international client across all its sites in Egypt. Reporting directly to the MSS Corporate Manager, this senior role carries responsibility for leading an Operations Manager and wider security teams across the country.

As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing service delivery, ensuring compliance with global contract standards, and providing a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors. You will lead a trained team of security personnel, ensuring service excellence that meets and exceeds client expectations.

This role is critical in ensuring G4S delivers best-in-class security services for a key international client in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate security personnel across multiple client sites in Egypt.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, staffing requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Oversee staff scheduling to ensure shift patterns align with contracts and labor law.
  • Support operational staffing and training, including mentoring and site-based coaching.
  • Conduct welfare visits and annual appraisals in line with company policy.
  • Support HR processes (counseling, investigations, disciplinary/grievance).
  • Monitor site security equipment and ensure repairs or escalate appropriately.
  • Deliver compliance training and assess team readiness.
  • Manage incident response, reporting, and after-action reviews.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including risk assessments and SOPs.
  • Support G4S Level 1/2 audits and follow up on action plans.
  • Represent the company in client and operational meetings.
  • Report monthly KPI metrics during operations meetings.
  • Promote G4S values, vision, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Military or law enforcement background.
  • Proven management experience in security operations.
  • Recognized industry qualification in security or related discipline.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in security management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and large-scale security contracts.
  • Strong ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams , ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in dealing with international clients.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, and problem-solving within complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks in security operations.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent ) are considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to prepare and deliver reports at the senior management level.
