Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, meet, and onboard new clients for security guard services in assigned districts.
• Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert inquiries into business deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings to potential clients.
• Work closely with the operations team for guard deployment and service coordination.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Continuously explore market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Submit daily sales reports and update CRM/management on field activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Sales / Field Sales (mandatory).
• Bike & valid driving license is compulsory for field travel.
• Strong communication, negotiation & client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with local area/district will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
