We are seeking a Retired Subedar from the armed forces to join our team as a Security Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership in military service, a strong sense of duty and the ability to manage and train a team of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily security operations

· Train and manage security guards

· Monitor surveillance systems and conduct routine inspections

· Ensure safety protocols are followed across the premises

· Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when needed

Eligibility Criteria

· Retired Subedar from Pakistan Armed Forces

· Age limit: up to 50 years

· Minimum education: Matric preferred

· Strong communication and leadership skills

. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in reputable organizations

· Physically fit and mentally alert
