Security Supervisor

At OMI, we are looking for a dedicated and disciplined Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining a secure environment for smooth hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the security team to ensure 24/7 safety across hospital premises.
• Monitor entry/exit points and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections, patrols, and risk assessments.
• Manage emergency response, incident reporting, and investigations.
• Train and guide security staff to maintain discipline and vigilance.
• Coordinate with hospital administration for security planning and improvements.

Requirements:

• Preferably from Armed Forces/Paramilitary background.
• Proven experience in security supervision (healthcare/hospital setup preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills.
• Physically fit with the ability to work in shifts.
