Security Supervisor

About the Role:

Roshan Packages Limited is hiring a Security Guard for its Corrugation Plant. The role is critical in ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets. Candidates with a retired army background will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control entry and exit at gates (employees, visitors, vehicles)
• Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols
• Maintain visitor, vehicle, and material movement logs
• Identify and report suspicious activities
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

• Retired Army personnel preferred
• Minimum qualification: Matric
• Physically fit and medically cleared
• Basic reading/writing ability for log maintenance
• Prior experience in factory/industrial security is a plus
