Security Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to lead and manage security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising security staff, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining strict security protocols at our Attock based Installment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure overall security operations
• Monitor premises through patrols and CCTV systems
• Lead, manage, and train security personnel
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
• Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies
• Maintain daily reports and incident logs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong security background (required)
• Ex-Armed Forces personnel will be preferred
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with CCTV systems
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Good communication and decision-making abilities
