Security Supervisor

About OAM

OAM is seeking a professional, proactive, and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure the safety and security of our employees, visitors, assets, and facilities. The successful candidate will lead a team of security officers, maintain high service standards, and support a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security personnel on assigned shifts.
• Ensure all security operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor access control, CCTV systems, and security equipment.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
• Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Train, coach, and evaluate security officers to maintain operational excellence.
• Coordinate with management, clients, contractors, and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift coverage.

Requirements

• Minimum 2- years of security experience, including supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security qualifications are an advantage.
• Valid security license/certification (where required).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and security procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, corporate, hospitality, residential, or industrial security environments.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and incident management processes.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driver License (Preferred)
• Sira License (Preferred)
