Role Overview

The Security Systems Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and supporting the installation, maintenance, and performance of security systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, coordination skills, and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations across all security platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
• Monitor system performance and respond to technical issues or alerts
• Liaise with technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure timely project execution
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations, maintenance schedules, and service reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards
• Support troubleshooting, upgrades, and system improvements
• Provide basic training and guidance to clients or staff on system usage

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in security systems coordination or technical support
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and system troubleshooting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
