What We Look For:

• Minimum 1 year of consistent childcare experience (babysitting, daycare, school, etc.)
• Good driving skills and clean record (1 year of licensed driving required, 2 years preferred)
• Willingness to relocate without pets, partners, or children
• 3 professional childcare references (non-family)
• Strong communication skills, nurturing personality, and responsibility
• Legal to work in the U.S.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide warm, attentive care for children in a safe, loving home
• Engage in creative, educational play and outdoor time
• Prepare meals/snacks for the kids
• Help with school or developmental milestones
• Keep play and child spaces tidy
• Drive to activities or school when needed
• Communicate openly with parents and the agency
