We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Selections/Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the selection process for interior finishes, fixtures, and materials, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and project teams. Your expertise in design software and project management will drive the successful execution of our projects, from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design preferences, including lighting, color schemes, and finishes
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials such as lighting fixtures, cabinetry, and furnishings
• Prepare change orders based on clients final selections and decisions, get approval from clients, and process with accounting dept.
• Utilize design tools like SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to develop presentations
• Manage project timelines in conjunction with selections to ensure projects stay on track and within scope
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project flow Qualifications
• Proven experience with design software including SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and communication
• Previous experience in residential home building selections preferred
• Competitive Salary is negotiable depending on experience
