Job Title: Self Agent

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi (Onsite)

Monday to Friday 8:30pm to 5:30am

Saturday 9pm to 3am

Job Type: Full-Time About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer focused Self Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering excellent service at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle their queries promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests and projects.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

A positive attitude with a passion for customer success.

Prior experience in client servicing, customeroi support.
