Job Description:

Strive BPO (Pvt) Ltd. is hiring Self Verifiers for our ACA Campaigns. The ideal candidate is confident on calls, detail-oriented, and experienced in verification or customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound verification calls.
• Confirm and update customer information.
• Maintain accurate call logs and records.
• Follow scripts and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with team leads to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School education (Bachelor’s preferred).
• At least 1 year of call center or self verification experience.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Must be available for night shift and on-site work in Rawalpindi.
