What You’ll Do:

• Make and receive calls with professionalism
• Verify customer and insurance details
• Record information and follow compliance rules
• Support customers and resolve basic issues
• Achieve daily/weekly verification goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1+ year experience in customer sales or verification
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Healthcare/insurance background is an advantage

Location: 3rd Floor, Above Bank Alfalah, Saidpur Road, Block E, Asghar Mall Scheme, Rawalpindi
Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Walk-in Interviews: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
