About the Role

Leads Expert BPO is expanding its Medicare campaign and looking for confident, detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Self Verifiers. In this role, you’ll connect directly with clients to verify their personal and policy details, ensuring every interaction meets compliance and quality standards. If you have excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service, this role is your gateway to a rewarding career in healthcare-based customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to verify Medicare / ACA customer information.
• Ensure full compliance with campaign and quality assurance guidelines.
• Accurately document customer details and verification outcomes in the system.
• Handle inquiries clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities when relevant.
• Maintain an empathetic and customer-focused communication approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare / ACA experience preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong command of English (verbal & written).
• Excellent listening, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Basic computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
