About Bloomhouse Marketing
Bloomhouse Marketing is the in-house marketing team for a network of behavioral health and substance abuse treatment programs, including residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care. Our mission is to ethically and effectively connect individuals and families with the care they need through targeted, data-driven digital marketing strategies.
We are seeking a hands-on SEM Manager to manage and optimize all paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing (Microsoft Advertising), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director and works closely with the SEO team and Ads team to ensure full-funnel alignment, maximize ROI, and enhance overall digital performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving measurable growth through testing, tracking, and creative optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Be hands-on daily across all ad platforms — writing ad copy, testing audiences, adjusting bids, and optimizing performance
- Collaborate closely with the SEO team and Ads team to align paid, organic, and creative strategies for maximum visibility and conversion performance
- Develop and execute paid media strategies focused on generating high-quality leads and increasing ROI
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ongoing A/B testing to refine targeting and messaging
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) to identify optimization opportunities
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and integrated CRM systems
- Build and manage dashboards and performance reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio, Grow, and Excel/Sheets
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to align SEM initiatives with broader business and marketing goals
- Partner with creative and web teams to improve ad messaging, visuals, and landing page conversion rate
- Stay informed on new PPC tools, automation technologies, and platform updates to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on PPC/SEM experience (in-house preferred)
- Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Proven success in lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI growth
- Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Certifications preferred
- Proficiency with:
- Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising
- Looker Studio / Data Studio, Grow, and Excel/Sheets
- UTM tracking, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Knowledge of SEO and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Monday.com, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI and automated bidding strategies (Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
