Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers, including brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems, PM services, D.O.T inspections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues with trucks and trailers.
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or safety hazards.
- Replace or repair damaged parts and components.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on trucks and trailers.
- Collaborate with other mechanics and team members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

- Ability to be punctual 5 days /week and ability to work a minimal of 5 days /week.

Have a good, can do attitude on a daily basis.

- Previous experience as a truck and trailer mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of truck and trailer systems, including brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Willingness to listen and learn.

- Proficiency in using power tools and other equipment for repairs.

- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with being organized.

-NEED TO HAVE YOUR OWN HAND TOOLS, BATTERY OPERATED DRILLS, IMPACTS ETC.

-Ability to perform road service in different environments and weather.

- Valid driver's license. With clean driving record.

-We are currently looking for a road technicians to work on customer lots, performed roadside emergency service. 95% of the job will be out of the shop. You must have the ability to work on your own, be well organized and good time management.

-Ability to understand instructions and follow directions of supervisor(s) along with good organizational skills, ability to communicate clearly with co-workers and customers.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
