We looking for Semiconductor Sales Executive promotes and sells semiconductor products and services, builds client relationships, and achieves sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, providing technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities
- Sales and business development: Generate leads through market research, cold calls, and networking; develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients, including key decision-makers in semiconductor companies.
- Technical sales support: Provide technical advice, conduct product presentations, and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Sales cycle management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to closing deals, generating quotes, and fulfilling orders.
- Market and strategy: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Reporting and forecasting: Prepare sales reports, forecast sales activity, and report progress to senior management.
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like engineering, marketing, and logistics to ensure a coordinated approach and successful service delivery.
Required skills and qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Materials Science is often required.
- Technical knowledge: A strong understanding of semiconductor products, technologies, and their applications is crucial.
- Sales skills: Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Communication skills: The ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
- Business acumen: Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and a good understanding of related industries.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent relationship-building and customer-service
