Job Title: AC Technician – Fit-Out Division

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AC Technician to join our fit-out team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting air-conditioning systems within commercial, residential, and retail fit-out projects, ensuring that all HVAC works are completed according to project specifications and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems as part of interior fit-out works, including split units, ducted systems, package units, and FCUs.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and other trades (MEP, carpentry, gypsum, electrical) to ensure proper integration of HVAC systems in fit-out projects.
• Carry out duct installation, insulation works, copper piping, drainage, and wiring related to AC units.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of AC systems in line with project handover requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues; replace or repair defective components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure systems meet Dubai Municipality, DCD, and relevant UAE standards.
• Review drawings, layouts, and site plans to verify proper AC placement and installation routes.
• Ensure proper coordination to avoid clashes with ceilings, joinery, MEP, and architectural finishes.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials required for HVAC works.
• Complete daily reports and documentation required by the project team.
• Follow all safety guidelines and participate in toolbox talks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience as an AC Technician, preferably with fit-out or MEP contracting companies in the UAE.
• Diploma/Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation methods used in interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, coordination layouts, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with DM, DEWA, and UAE safety regulations.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate smoothly with multiple site teams.
• Good communication skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred but not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,700.00 per month
