Role Overview:

The Senior Academic Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning, execution, and monitoring of the academic program across all wings of the school. The role requires leadership in academics, staff supervision, curriculum delivery, and student performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Planning & Implementation

  • Prepare and monitor the academic calendar, examination schedule, and assessment patterns.
  • Ensure timely completion of syllabus across all grades.
  • Supervise lesson planning, teaching methodologies, and classroom delivery.
  • Coordinate revision planners and remedial classes.

2. Staff Coordination & Supervision

  • Guide and mentor teachers to improve instructional practices.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Ensure timely submission of lesson plans, reports, and ERP updates.
  • Organize regular staff meetings and communicate academic guidelines.

3. Examination & Evaluation

  • Ensure smooth conduct of tests, examinations, and result compilation.
  • Verify question papers, answer sheets, and marking schemes.
  • Maintain records of student performance and share reports with the Principal.

4. Student Development & Support

  • Monitor student discipline, grooming, and attendance.
  • Address academic concerns of students and provide support through extra/remedial classes.
  • Organize academic enrichment activities like quizzes, debates, workshops, and Olympiads.

5. Communication & Reporting

  • Act as a link between Principal, Vice Principal, and teachers for academic matters.
  • Communicate with parents regarding academic progress and concerns.
  • Prepare and submit monthly academic reports to the Principal.

6. Other Responsibilities

  • Ensure English communication among staff and students.
  • Support in CBSE-related work (LOC, registration, etc.).
  • Supervise classroom arrangements, labs, and resources.
  • Take charge of academic events, workshops, and orientation programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Postgraduate with B.Ed. (preferably in Education/Management/Science stream).
  • Minimum 6–8 years of teaching and coordination experience.
  • Strong academic planning, monitoring, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in ERP, MS Office, and digital teaching tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
