Job Description: Senior Account Director

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional who will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional project delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving business growth in an integrated marketing communications role. Experience with large-scale events is a must.



Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their brand guidelines, requirements, and objectives. Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with internal teams to develop innovative strategies and actionable plans that align with client goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee the creation of presentation decks, project checklists, and other necessary materials. Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events. Foster a collaborative environment that maximizes team performance.
  • Quality Control: Take responsibility for the quality of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed within specified timelines and budgets. Perform thorough quality checks before client delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report regularly on team performance, project outcomes, and business development efforts. Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
