Senior Account Director

We're looking for a Sr. Account Director to lead one of our most complex, always-on programmes in Saudi.

What You'll Do

• Own the senior client relationship and act as strategic partner
• Drive delivery: strategy, monthly calendars, bilingual content, internal comms
• Lead monthly governance, health checks, performance reviews, QBRs
• Turn reporting into clear actions, not just data

What We're Looking For

• 8–12+ years in agency account leadership
• Government or semi-government experience preferred
• Proven in high-governance, high-volume environments
• Riyadh presence essential

Success = on-time delivery, confident clients, a team that never firefights the same problem twice.
