Someone who has spent three or more years closing US B2B accounts — not building pipeline, not running discovery, not managing a full cycle from cold — but closing. Our closing team works a pre-qualified warm pipeline — decision-makers who have already been contacted and are ready for the closing conversation. The prospecting has been done. The work

You manage and close a portfolio of warm US business accounts. Every lead that reaches your desk has been pre-qualified. You run the closing conversation — objection handling, negotiation, final commitment. No cold outreach. No list dialing. No pipeline building. Your metric is one number: conversion rate on warm accounts.

The accounts you close in March are the same accounts ABS has been running since 2012. Same operations. No campaign endings.

What you need

Three years minimum of outbound US B2B closing experience — specifically at decision-maker level, specifically on warm or pre-qualified accounts. A track record measured in conversions, not just activity. English that holds naturally under pressure on a live call with an American business owner at 1:00 AM. Night shift availability, Monday through Saturday, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar.

Domestic sales only — this is not the right fit. Under three years US B2B — the council has other seats on this account better matched to where you are right now.

What you earn

PKR 70,000–85,000 guaranteed base, paid on time every month since 2012. Commission calculated directly on what you close — no caps, no quarterly resets, no restructuring between the close and the payout. Our top performer earned PKR 194,000 in commission in January 2026. Same accounts. Same structure. Available to whoever earns it. Annual increment based on performance.
