Key Responsibilities

Business Development
:

Identify, target, and engage new B2B and B2G clients, including businesses and government agencies.

Prospect and generate sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint in both the private and public sectors.
Client Relationship Management
:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Understand client needs and work closely with the delivery and service teams to ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations.

Stay in regular communication with clients to identify new sales opportunities and ensure high levels of customer retention.
Contract Negotiation & Closing
:

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms with clients to maximize sales and profitability while ensuring a positive client experience.

Prepare and present detailed proposals, RFP responses, and contracts, especially in compliance with government procurement standards.
Sales Target Achievement
:

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs by closing new business and expanding accounts.

Report on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration & Strategy
:

Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to develop tailored offerings for clients.

Share insights and feedback from clients with the internal team to refine services and marketing approaches.
Experience & Skills
:

at least 4 years of experience in sales and account management.

MS Office operating and typing skills

Analytical skills

Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and cash-flow management.

Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, clients, and employees.
Qualifications
:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven sales experience in B2B and/or B2G environments.

Strong understanding of sales cycles, client acquisition, and government contracting processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
