What you’ll do:
We are seeking a
Senior Account Manager
to join our Noon Fashion Marketplace team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating marketplace growth by managing high-value sellers while acquiring and onboarding new local brands and retailers. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, commercially savvy, and highly data-driven, with a deep passion for fashion and e-commerce.
Business Development & Seller Acquisition:

Prospect, qualify, and onboard new fashion sellers, including brands, distributors, and retailers.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential sellers to support category growth.

Negotiate commercial terms and business cases for new accounts, ensuring competitive pricing and sustainable margins.
Account Management & Growth:

Manage a portfolio of top sellers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive long-term success.

Conduct performance deep-dives, analyzing sales, pricing, catalog quality, and availability to identify growth opportunities.

Drive revenue growth through joint business planning, promotional strategies, deals, and Noon Ads adoption.

Ensure sellers meet operational readiness across fulfillment, catalog accuracy, and customer service standards.
Seller Partnership & Enablement:

Build strong, long-term relationships with sellers, understanding their business models and goals.

Provide insights and recommendations on assortment expansion, inventory planning, and promotional strategy.

Educate sellers on Noon’s policies, tools, and programs to help them scale effectively.

Proactively resolve operational or performance issues impacting customer experience.
What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales (preferably in e-commerce, retail, technology, or SaaS).

Proven track record of achieving commercial and revenue targets.

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Fluency in both Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.

3+ years’ experience in the fashion sector (apparel, footwear, jewelry, or luggage).
