Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Handle client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products/services.
* Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
* Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Prepare account reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis.
* Contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.
Requirements :
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 8–9 years of experience in account management or client servicing.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle multiple accounts and work under deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP s an advantage.
Salary : As per industry standards (up to ₹50,000 or negotiable based on experience).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,630.07 - ₹50,812.10 per month
Work Location: In person
