Senior Account Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers, EPCs, developers, and distributors in the solar PV and energy storage sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by promoting Sungrow’s products and solutions.
  • Work closely with the regional sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Provide market intelligence, including competitor analysis and industry trends, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating post-sales support, warranty services, and technical assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain, logistics, and project execution.
  • Represent Sungrow at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in the Middle East region.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the solar PV, energy storage, or power electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of solar inverters, energy storage systems, and grid regulations in the Middle East.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, Chinese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East region.
