Senior Account Manager

Role Brief:

Our Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships. Our Account Manager will operate as the point of contact for our partner restaurants, providing them with the best support to help them grow by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with assigned partners.

What you will be working on here in Koinz:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships.

  • Collaborate with our sales, advertising, and product development teams to ensure each client receives the right level of support.

  • Contribute to overall client satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

  • Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.

  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Recommend the most suitable products or services based on client objectives.

  • Use strong communication and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders within Koinz and our client organizations.

What you will need to fit in this position:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in account management or a related field.

  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Solid experience using CRM platforms to manage and track client interactions.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actions.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.

  • A background in the F&B industry and familiarity with the KSA market are strong advantages.
