Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Account Manager who will own enterprise client relationships end-to-end—from onboarding and campaign design through reporting and renewal. You'll partner with Sales, Production, and Creator Management to orchestrate programs that consistently exceed KPIs while uncovering new revenue opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of enterprise brands, ensuring briefs, scopes, and deliverables ladder up to business KPIs.
• Translate client goals into creative strategies and campaign roadmaps alongside Production and Partnerships.
• Lead weekly status routines, escalate blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned across internal and client teams.
• Partner with creators to develop standout ideas, negotiate scope changes, and keep budgets on target.
• Package insights, data, and storytelling into reports that reinforce value and unlock renewals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Growth to pitch upsells or new workstreams.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years managing key accounts for influencer marketing , creative agencies , or brand partnerships teams.
• Demonstrated success running multi-channel creator programs with complex stakeholder maps.
• Expertise in budget stewardship, contracting, and navigating enterprise procurement workflows.
• Ability to translate performance data into compelling narratives for senior marketing leaders.
• Fluent English (Turkish preferred) with a proactive, solutions-first approach.
