Senior Account Manager..

  • JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading client relationships, ensuring strategic and operational excellence across projects. They manage mid to large accounts independently, oversee account performance, and guide account teams to deliver work that meets both client expectations and agency standards.

2- DIMENSIONS:

Financial : Supports budgeting accuracy, cost control, and smooth financial processes for assigned projects.

Non-Financial:

Leads client relationships, manages teams, ensures quality of deliverables, and drives strategic growth within existing accounts.

3- RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships through reliability, responsiveness, and strategic understanding
  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and ensure alignment across creative, strategy, and media teams
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all deliverables
  • Lead client presentations and strategic discussions, while proactively identifying challenges and recommending solutions
  • Mentor and guide account teams, ensuring adherence to agency processes while identifying opportunities to grow client partnerships

4- WORK CONTACTS:

Internal:

Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Studio, Media, and Production Teams.

External:

Clients, Suppliers, and Production Houses.

Requirements

  • JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising or marketing agency
  • Minimum 5 years in an advertising agency

  • Oversee project execution to ensure high-quality, accurate deliverables, maintaining strong attention to detail and resolving issues proactively

Client & Strategic Relationships:

  • Lead client relationships with minimal oversight, building trust and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships

  • Translate business objectives and insights into clear, actionable recommendations while aligning internal teams with client goals

Communication & Presentation:

  • Lead presentations confidently and communicate complex ideas clearly, handling sensitive discussions with professionalism

Project Management & Leadership:

  • Manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams effectively, mentor junior members, and foster accountability, collaboration, and ownership
