Job Title: Senior Account Manager for Global Brands

About the Role: The Senior Account Manager at BUREAU BÉATRICE is a leadership role within the Client Services team. You will manage high-profile projects across global luxury, beauty, and lifestyle, and act as a trusted partner for your clients. The role requires strong ownership of budgets, timelines, and project delivery, while also mentoring Account Managers and Executives.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Servicing & Growth

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and earning their trust.
  • Anticipate client needs by staying close to their business priorities and marketing calendars.
  • Be proactive in nurturing accounts, building side conversations with clients and identifying opportunities beyond active projects.


Project Delivery

  • Lead the delivery of projects across Multimedia, Shows, Experiential, and Creative Technology.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client approvals end-to-end.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Production, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.


Financial Ownership

  • Build and manage project budgets with accuracy
  • Track profitability and flag risks early
  • Contribute to revenue growth by spotting upsell opportunities within accounts


Team Mentorship

  • Support and mentor Account Managers and Executives, guiding them on processes and client servicing.
  • Delegate effectively to Account Managers and Executives, balancing ownership with support to help them grow.

Process & Tools

  • Apply BB’s CS processes consistently: MoMs, timelines, trackers, budgets, and CRM updates.
  • Drive efficiency by using tools properly and setting the right example for the team.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in account management with global luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands in an agency.
  • Experience delivering projects at premium standards where detail and excellence were non-negotiable.
  • Strong client-facing skills and confidence in handling high-profile stakeholders.
  • Solid project management experience on complex initiatives with premium expectations.
  • Financial discipline with a track record of managing budgets independently.
  • Ability to defend creative ideas and protect premium standards.
  • Experience mentoring juniors and contributing to team growth.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where agility and problem-solving are part of the daily rhythm.
