Senior Account manager ( Sales)

Senior Account Manager based in Dubai with a strong track record in client retention, account growth, and recurring revenue management. This is a strategic leadership role focused on maximizing value from our existing client portfolio while ensuring long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in tech services (preferably RFID, Auto-ID, SaaS, or ERP solutions), along with proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams to deliver against renewal and revenue targets.

Key Objectives

Ensure 95%+ client retention through proactive account management and superior customer service.

Drive recurring revenue growth from existing accounts via renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by solving problems, addressing pain points, and ensuring successful adoption of solutions.

Build and maintain a high-performing account management team through strong leadership, training, and mentoring.

Implement structured processes for account reviews, renewals, and client escalations.

Roles and responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, ensuring long-term retention and recurring revenue growth.

Lead account planning sessions, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and renewal discussions.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Build and enforce process-driven account management frameworks (renewals, escalations, reporting).

Train, coach, and motivate the account management team to meet retention and revenue KPIs.

Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and act as the escalation point for key clients.

Collaborate with delivery and support teams to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.

Track performance using CRM tools – pipeline of renewals, client health scorecards, and forecasting.

Develop client success stories and case studies to strengthen long-term relationships.

Report account performance, renewal rates, and recurring revenue contribution to leadership.

Requirements:

10+ years of account management experience, with at least 5 years in Dubai/Middle East.

Proven success in client retention, renewals, and recurring revenue growth. Strong team leadership and training experience – able to coach and motivate account managers.

Process-driven approach with discipline in reporting, follow-ups, and structured account reviews.

Strong problem-solving skills – able to address client challenges with solutions-focused mindset.

Excellent customer service orientation – ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

Experience in RFID, Auto-ID, SaaS, ERP, or tech services industry preferred.

Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel across UAE and GCC for client meetings and reviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
