- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho, especially Zoho Books.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and familiarity with the broader Zoho Finance Suite.
- Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Record and track all financial transactions using Zoho Books.
- Implement and optimize Zoho Finance applications for enhanced financial reporting and efficiency.
- Generate and interpret financial reports via Zoho Analytics.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate and support external audits.
- Develop and enforce internal control policies and procedures.
- Prepare and file VAT returns timely and accurately.
- Stay current on VAT law updates and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Calculate and prepare corporate tax returns, ensuring adherence to all applicable tax laws.
- Support tax planning strategies to optimize company tax obligations.
