As we expand, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to lead our accounting operations and support our financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with UAE regulations and IFRS.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely VAT filings and full compliance with UAE tax laws.
• Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits and ensure all supporting documentation is ready and accurate.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants and other finance staff.
• Develop and implement internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial policies.
• Liaise with other departments (HR, Procurement, Operations) to ensure financial accuracy across the business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, accounting standards (IFRS), and local compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
• Experience in the FacilitiesManagement, Construction, or Services sector is a strong advantage.
