Senior Accountant

Yesjay Associates, a leading CA firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Accounting & Bookkeeping Department. This role is ideal for professionals who want to take ownership of client accounts, lead assignments, and grow within a dynamic consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping functions of client accounts
• Review and finalize accounts prepared by junior staff
• Handle statutory compliances, taxation, and audit support
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy, deadlines, and adherence to professional standards
• Guide and mentor junior associates in the team

Requirements

• Education: B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)
• Experience: 3–5 years in accounting, with CA firm/consultancy experience mandatory
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple client assignments
