Senior Accountant

Reports To: Head of Accounts / COO

Job Purpose

To manage all crypto-related financial transactions, ensure accurate reconciliation of digital asset wallets, and support treasury operations. The role will safeguard compliance, reduce risks related to volatility, and provide transparent reporting of crypto activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily crypto transactions (BTC, USDT, ETH, etc.) for hosting payments, deposits, and miner purchases.
• Reconcile crypto wallets with billing system and monthly invoices.
• Maintain records of conversions (crypto → AED/USD).
• Track inflows/outflows of client deposits and vendor settlements.
• Work closely with treasury on hedging strategies against crypto volatility.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/IAS standards for digital assets and UAE audit requirements.
• Generate monthly crypto reconciliation reports and share with management.
• Liaise with auditors on crypto-specific queries and provide supporting documents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crypto transactions, blockchain wallets, and exchanges.
• Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience, at least 2 years in crypto/fintech.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong integrity and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
