J D Incorporation runs thebakingtools.com, a fast-growing baking-supplies e-commerce brand serving home bakers and businesses across India. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day books and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping in Tally Prime: sales, purchase, receipts, payments
• Bank & cash reconciliation; petty cash handling
• GST workings & monthly filing: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B; basic e-invoicing where applicable
• Vendor/customer ledgers, credit/debit notes, follow-ups
• Basic TDS working & challans (good to have)
• Inventory/GRN entries; periodic stock reconciliation
• MIS & management reports in Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, basic pivots)

Must-have Qualifications

• Commerce graduate (B.Com/M.Com)
• 2+ years hands-on accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, GST portal, and Excel
• Accuracy, confidentiality, and an ownership mindset
• Comfortable with an onsite role and 6-day schedule

Nice to have

• Knowledge of e-commerce accounting workflows
• Experience with e-invoicing/TDS filing
• Basics of inventory valuation
