Job Title: Accounts Manager

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor budgets, cash flows, and cost control measures.
• Lead and mentor junior accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
