Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in Finance, GST compliance, PF handling, Billing, and Taxation. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial planning to contribute to the company’s financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

· Prepare and file GST returns (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure timely compliance with GST regulations.

· Handle PF (Provident Fund) calculations, deductions, and monthly returns.

· Manage billing operations, including invoice generation, dispatch, and reconciliation with accounts receivable.

· Assist in direct and indirect tax computation, preparation, and filing (TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

· Coordinate with external auditors for audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.

· Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.

· Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks as required.

· Liaise with clients, vendors, and government bodies regarding financial transactions and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, GST, PF, billing, and taxation.

· Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

· In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST provisions, and payroll compliance.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
