Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Karunya Hrudayalaya Cardiac Centre, Kottakkal, Malappuram, Kerala
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: More than 5 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Intern with Articleship

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Conduct financial modeling and profitability analysis

Accounts Payable / Receivable

• Manage vendor payments and customer collections
• Account reconciliation and preparation of aging reports
• Credit control and follow-ups

General Ledger Accounting

• Handle journal entries, accruals, and ledger reconciliations
• Month-end and year-end closing processes
• Intercompany accounting and reconciliation

Taxation & Compliance

• Apply knowledge of local tax laws (GST, VAT, TDS, etc.)
• File tax returns and ensure statutory compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses
• Perform cost allocation and cost-benefit analysis

Internal Controls & Audit

• Support internal and external audit processes
• Implement and monitor internal controls

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Manage bank reconciliation and fund flow
• Forecast cash flow and optimize working capital
• Handle basic forex transactions

ERP / Accounting Software

• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP software is essential

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian tax laws
• Excellent organizational and Communication skills
