Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM to 06:30 PM)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts professional to manage and oversee the company’s financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience in managing accounts independently, and the ability to lead a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly closings.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure timely fund management.
• Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and liaising with auditors.
• Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Lead and guide junior accounting team members.

Qualification & Skills

• Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP systems) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
