About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in real estate accounting and project finance. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage accounting activities related to property development, sales, leasing, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow projections.
• Handle project-wise cost accounting and ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Oversee reconciliation of bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts.
• Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and audit coordination.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
• Liaise with internal teams, auditors, and financial institutions for smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/Inter CA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST, RERA, and real estate financial workflows.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
