Location: Urapakkam, Chennai

Experience: Minimum 4–7 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) on time.
• Ensure accurate TDS calculation, deduction, and filing of returns (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.).
• Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Assist in finalization of accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and tax regulations.
• Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
• In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax rules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting principles.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
• Professional certification (CA Inter / CMA Inter) is an added advantage.

Salary: Based on performance/Current salary
