ahoy consulting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage our core accounting operations and ensure smooth financial processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST filing, Tally, and Zoho Books, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements. This role involves managing daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and assisting in audits and tax filings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books and Tally.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and maintain general accounts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and reports.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and management for financial documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting standards.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
