Senior Accountant

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with expertise in various accounting software. This role requires a solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow analysis and budgeting, to support management decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and tax filings, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Support auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft office and Excel).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with proven business and financial acumen.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
