Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling complex financial challenges, and is passionate about accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Oversee tax filings, audits, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes
• Mentor and support junior accounting staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
